The Japan Savate Club (JSC) is the first club in Asia to be recognized and accredited by the International Savate Federation.
It aims to master authentic Savate techniques under the guidance of its technical advisor, Manuel Tardits, a former French champion.
With over 20 years of activity in Japan, JSC participates in world championships such as the Assaut and Combat competitions held every two years in Europe, as well as tournaments organized by the Paris Savate Federation. In 2007, JSC invited a world champion to Tokyo to host a Japan-France friendly match.
In 2009, Asia's first Savate World Champion was born, and the club achieved a consecutive victory in 2011.
Additionally, the club invites former world champions, international trainers from the French Ministry of Youth and Sports, and representatives from Pancrase Europe to host international seminars, with the goal of promoting Savate throughout Japan.
