One-Theme Seminar:“Souvnirs de Paris”

We will introduce new techniques and training methods that we learned during our French training trip in autumn 2026.
We hope you enjoy the seminar!

Date & Time: Sun, August 16, 2026 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
(The regular Sunday training session (PM2) will be held from 3:40 PM to 5:40 PM.
The session will focus mainly on mitt work in the training room. As space is limited, advance reservation is required.)

Location: Takatsu Sports Center

Fee: JSC Members: ¥2,500
Mitaka and Gotenshita Members ¥3,500
General: ¥4,500
(Payment made by the end of September 2026: ¥500 discount for each category.)

Boxe Française “Savate” Seminar “Rouge”

A “Rouge” rank or higher is required to compete in Savate competitions.
Attendance is required for anyone who wishes to participate in Challenge Noel in December or other competitions.

Theme
Developing offensive and defensive techniques in Savate.

Footwork
Feints and counters

Clothing & Equipment for Both Seminars
Please bring:
Training wear
Thin-soled indoor shoes
(Low-cut boxing shoes or wrestling shoes are recommended.)
Boxing gloves
(Open-finger gloves are not permitted.)
As each seminar involves several hours of training, please bring your own sports drink and/or energy gel or other carbohydrate supplement for replenishment during the session.

If you do not have boxing gloves, loaner gloves are available.
Please contact us in advance if you need to borrow a pair.
